PREFACE
Welcome Everybody!
Maintaining my commitment to brevity for the holidays this week’s consideration brings a little levity to our reality. I love this poem because it’s funny! “To Choose” reflects the fundamental cornerstone in the foundation of dualism. While Symmetry of Reality reveals the nature of duality, and Earth & Sky indulges the beauty of duality, “To Choose” personifies the crucible of duality: choice.
But with a humorous twist!

POSTSCRIPT
In To Choose, the rubber meets the road of dualism when important decisions have to be made. There are times when choice is the critical factor in success or failure. In this seemingly simple and humorous story not choosing is as much, or even more, of a choice than choosing either option – with its own unique set of consequences. The idea that not choosing tends to yield less desirable results than either of the two alternatives is a key lesson to be learned.
The moral of the story is self-evident: In a dualistic reality you can't have your cake and eat it too! You must choose and live with the consequences. Or, don't choose, and live with even worse consequences.
The choice is yours.
